Cannot create a blog

Hi,

I've installed qPloneBlog 2.5.2, but I am not able to create a blog.
When I do 'add to folder/blog', the browser is redirected to the home page of this site.

any idea?

I'm sure you will believe that the solution was stupid. So stupid!
One year ago I set up a redirection on Apache level.......
